Dr Laz and "The Cure"

Dr Laz is a Hassidic Jew, a
special education teacher (author of "Skullcaps and Switchblades"), outdoorsman,
and founder of Project Cure! a unique grassroots organization that
strives to improve understanding and cooperation in our multi-ethnic society.
Dr. Laz and Project Cure
have been featured on Montell Williams, ESPN, Donahue, and other national
venues. A showtime original movie starring Howie Mandel as Dr. Laz is coming
soon.
The concert/workshop event is co-sponsored by Saratoga Chabad, along with Office
of Jewish Student Life and the Jewish
Student Union at Skidmore, and the Schenectady chapter of Bnai Brith..

Approximately 150 Saratogians, Skidmore
students, members of Schenectady Bnei Brith and Albany guests enjoyed the
lively and memorable concert at Skidmore's Filene Recital Hall.

Following a welcome by the Jewish
Student Union President, Rochie Rubin of Saratoga Chabad introduced the band
with a humorous story
