Doing Business in Tech Valley?

Saratoga Chabad and its regional affiliates in the Capital Region Chabad Network are happy to assist you with Jewish resources for employees, clients, and out-of-town visitors.

Upstate New York's Capital Region, especially Saratoga, is a sophisticated area with a “small town” feel. The economy is going through a transformation, with a new major focus in science and technology research and development. UAlbany's College of Nanoscale Science and Engineering, Albany NanoTech and the proposed new AMD Chip Fab in Malta are attracting corporate partners from around the globe, with many new local jobs expected to be created in related and spinoff industries.

Rated nationally among the least stressful places to live and work, Upstate NY offers many cultural and educational opportunities. Living expenses are reasonable, with a warm and welcoming Jewish community where everyone makes a difference.
